Joe and Ashley Fisher, a Lumberton, TX couple, is suing a ticket broker for allegedly not delivering two 50-yard-line tickets to the Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants game on December 14, 2008. The couple ordered the tickets in June 2008 and the tickets were to arrive two weeks prior to the game. In addition, the couple never received their money back.
Tuesday, May 26, 2009 - Former Wilco Member Jay Bennett Dies at Age 45
Ex-Wilco member Jay Bennett, 45, died in his sleep early May 24, 2009. The cause of death is unknown.
Bennett released four solo albums and was working on his fifth at the time of his death. "Whatever Happened I Apologize" was his latest complete solo project, which released in 2008.
Saturday, May 23, 2009 - Chance That Fans May Not Receive Refunds For Tickets To Canceled Michael Jackson Shows
Delays in tour production consequently caused a delay to Michael Jackson's shows at O2 Arenas in London. His first show on July 8 was pushed back to July 13 and three additional dates were moved to March 2010. Fans who bought tickets from reseller sites for the original dates may not receive refunds except for the unlikely event that those sellers agree to give refunds.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009 - Michael Jackson Concerts in London Delayed By a Week
Michael Jackson's scheduled concerts at the O2 Arena in London are now pushed back to July 13, 2009. It was speculated that production delays could delays on the highly anticipated "This Is It" concert tour.
The originally scheduled shows on July 8, 10, 12 and 14 have been affected by the postponements. Tickets for the July 8 concert will be honored on the new July 13 kick-off date. The other three shows have been pushed back to March 1, 3 and 6.
Monday, May 18, 2009 - Rapper Dolla shot and killed
Dolla, a rapper whose real name is Roderick Anthony Burton II, was shot and killed at Beverly Center in Los Angeles. According to Dolla's publicist, Sue Vannasing, Dolla was shot in the head while he and another rapper, D.J. Shabbazz, were waiting in the valet area of the Beverly Center.
Eminem is the hottest ticket, but still gives away tickets for Detroit show
On the same day his album "Relapse" is released, Eminem plans a free show in Detroit. Eminem's show is scheduled to be at the 1,500-seat Sound Board theater in the MotorCity Casino. Joining him as special guest is DJ Jazzy Jeff.
